For accounting firms: growth without leaning on referrals.

Good referrals are valuable, but they are hard to turn into controlled growth. We make your firm's expertise visible on the site, in search and in content so enquiries come from the right kinds of clients, not just as many as possible.

An accounting firm's growth challenge is unique

An accounting buyer is not buying price alone. They are looking for confidence that the partner understands their business. If that does not come through before the enquiry, even a strong firm can look like everyone else.

KIP-01

Growth runs on referrals

New clients come through familiar networks. That says good things about your work, but it does not create predictable growth. When referral flow slows down, marketing may not yet be strong enough to carry.

KIP-02

Competitor X is everywhere

A competitor appears in search results, on LinkedIn and in the customer's mind before you. It may not be about better expertise, but about making their expertise easier to find.

KIP-03

The site exists but doesn't sell

The site has a name, services and contact details, but not a clear answer to why the client should choose you. Trust is not built with a service list alone.

KIP-04

A succession is approaching, the brand has stagnated

The firm's expertise has developed, but the external image has not kept up. New entrepreneurs also judge a partner by how the firm looks and how clearly it speaks.

What we do for accounting firms

For an accounting firm, good marketing is not about maximizing lead volume. It means the right-sized and right-fit clients understand why they should contact you.

  • Expert sites that reflect your level : A site whose structure, content and visual identity match the level of your firm's expertise. The buyer should quickly understand who the service is for and why they can trust you.
  • SEO as the long-term visibility foundation : Accounting buyers often search calmly and compare options. That is why organic visibility, local searches and expert content are a stronger foundation for many firms than advertising alone.
  • Content marketing that builds trust : Articles and guides answer the buyer's questions before a sales conversation. We shape and optimize the content, you bring the expertise. This makes knowledge visible without forced sales language.
  • Conversion optimisation: pages that lead to enquiries : Once interest exists, the next step needs to be clear. We refine service pages, enquiry paths and messaging so a careful buyer feels confident enough to contact you.
  • Advertising as a support function, not the main channel : Advertising can support visibility when opening a new service or target group. But we would not build an accounting firm's growth on ad budget alone if SEO and the website do not yet carry.

Collaboration builds in stages

In accounting, good marketing is built patiently. First we clarify who you want to reach, then the site, content and search visibility are built in the same direction.

Answers to the key questions

Do we need advertising, or can we get by with SEO and content alone?

Most accounting firms do better long-term with SEO and content than with advertising: that's the nature of the accounting buying journey. Advertising can be used as a support function for new service launches or quick brand reinforcement, but it's rarely the primary channel.

Do we have to produce content ourselves?

In most accounting firms the best content emerges from collaboration: we handle the writing and technical optimization, you provide expert substance. Typically this means 1–2 hours of sparring with a partner per article. With some clients the partners write themselves and we just edit: that works too.

How long until visibility improves?

First improvements show in 3–6 months (local SEO, search ranking lift). Significant results (new clients from organic search) typically come at 6–12 months. After that results continue growing for years.

Do you also handle a brand refresh if needed?

To some extent: new sites typically include a visual identity update that goes hand in hand with the marketing refresh. For larger brand projects (new name, new logo, fully revised brand message), we recommend turning to one of the specialized brand agencies in our network. Their work alongside ours usually produces the best outcome. Marketing and branding move in the same direction, but each is best handled by specialists in that area.

What if we're a small accounting firm (1–3 people)?

It fits. The setup scales from a small firm to a mid-sized one. For smaller firms we often recommend starting with search engine optimization and a few strong articles: advertising comes later or not at all. The starting point is always realism: how much you can implement and how much it makes sense to invest.

Can we work with you on consulting first before committing to a big package?

Absolutely. Our consulting (audit or strategy project) is a natural way to start, especially if you want an outside view before deciding. Some client relationships have started exactly this way: consulting first, broader cooperation later (or not at all: both are fine).
